stillwork

A three-month private practice in discernment and integrity.

One-to-one coaching

01

Sometimes you know something before you know what to do about it.

A job stops fitting. A question keeps coming back. You're changing and your life hasn't caught up yet. Stillwork is a private practice for that moment, and a way of living that extends beyond it.

You are not the sole force acting upon your life, and you don't have to manufacture the answer through effort.

02

Discernment is learning how you know.

Intuition gets a seat at the table, not the throne. We work with what's actually available: your body, your patterns, your evidence, your life, to get sharper at recognizing what's true for you.

03

Integrity is behavior.

Knowing isn't enough. What you repeatedly do shapes your relationship with yourself. So we practice: say what you mean, make the call, take the chance, hold the boundary, change your mind, put down what isn't yours.

04

Your perception can be sincere and still be wrong.

We take what you believe seriously, but examine how you arrived at it. Not to distrust yourself, but to become more capable of recognizing what's true.

Sometimes you won't do what you said you would. That's part of the work too.

The goal isn't perfect behavior or permanent clarity. It's getting better at noticing, choosing, acting, correcting, and adapting — with the freedom to participate in your own life without continually negotiating yourself away.

Questions

A few answers, for those deciding.

How do I practice discernment?
In small, repeated moments — noticing the pull to decide too quickly, staying with the question, and letting what is true arrive before you act. It is quiet work, and difficult to do alone.
What happens in the conversations?
You bring what is unresolved. We look at it together, plainly and without rushing to fix it. Between conversations, an individual practice — small, specific, and yours — with Reiki where it's useful.
Do I need to know what I want before we begin?
No. You don't need to know what it all means yet. Most people arrive with a feeling rather than a plan; the practice gives it form.
